1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
All Terms and Conditions are applied to agreements made on the picok.in website with written acceptance by PICOK. These conditions are formally accepted by the Purchaser at the time of purchase. With confirmation of the order, you declare as the Purchaser that you agree to these conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be considered valid only after written acceptance by picok.in.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASER AND WARRANTIES
All items sold on picok.in are delivered in original packaging and in accordance with the information sent by the Purchaser. We are not responsible for errors in the information made by the Purchaser at the time of order. The responsibility of proper use of the products and following the instructions included in each product, falls upon the Purchaser.
5. COLOR AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
6. CLAIMS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
The Purchaser has the right to withdraw any order within 24 hours from the day of purchase. This right does not apply to packages that have been opened, except if the goods are damaged or defective.
We can only accept returns if the products are found to be factory defective which is claimed within 7-days from the date of purchase at the off-line store or any outlet, and which is claimed within 7-days from the date of receipt of delivery in case of online order. If Purchaser does not report defection within 7-days after purchase at the offline store or after receipt of shipment of online order, exchange/refund is not possible at any reason as it is considered that you agree not to raise your right of claim after 7-days.
Refunds will not be made once product is opened and refund will be limited to the maximum value of the original order and will be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods, however seller can make refund by another way according to availability of payment system.
We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of products is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used, and cash on delivery charge INR 50.0 per packet will not be refunded. In case of complimentary offered products are defective, they will be exchanged according to specific condition only which was applied at the issuance of complimentary products and will not be return in cash at any reason. In case you receive factory defective products, we will exchange them free of charge. Defective products may only be exchanged for the exact same model.
In such a case, you should proceed as follows:

shipments damaged by the Carrier are not subject to exchange/refund.
We recommend that you do not accept deliveries which are obviously damaged. The costs of returning the goods to us will be paid by the Purchaser. The purchaser agrees and accept this policy.
7. ORDER
7.1 MUST READ BEFORE ORDERING
We recommend you to purchase products after fully understand the usage guideline and cautions from “HOW TO USE” page of picok.in.
7.2 ORDERS Cancellation by picok.in
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified our payment processor’s credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
We will seek authorization on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Payment Processor, will not be captured / charged. If however the same is charged to your card / bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner.

8. SHIPPING
In case that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by picok.in for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall pay such cost. picok.in agrees to cover the shipping charge only once. Reimbursement is not permitted.
Our shipping method utilizes Delhivery, DTDC including the tracking number for your order. Purchasers agree to track their own orders. Once the item has been sent and the Purchaser has received their tracking number, the Purchaser agrees to take over full responsibility for delivery.
9. PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, Price is displayed for products on our website, represents the full price of the product with applicable taxes. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
• If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation With respect to items sold on picok.in, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. 10. PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or debit card or Net banking. Internet payment transactions are performed in Safe Mode SSL (Secure Socket Layer), and are made through PayUmoney or Paytm the India leader in on-line payment gateway. Your personal information will only be held by PayUmoney or Paytm, and it will not be visible to us or to any third parties.
10.1 Product Availability and Expected Dispatch Times Please expect 2-7 working days for plain and standard prescription order in stock.
We cannot offer any guarantee and the time indicated is approximate. Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number as proof the consignment was sent. Delivery times are approximate and not exact.
Any delay does not constitute the rescission of the contract between picok.in and the Purchaser. If insufficient data is given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery. In case of delays on our part beyond the reasonable time, we will issue a refund to the Purchaser.
10.2 Expected Delivery Time Delivery times will vary depending on your location. The average delivery time to all over India is within 7days excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that delivery time is approximate. We do not guarantee delivery times. picok.in takes no responsibility for delays caused by the quality of the postal service in each city. All products are sent via Delhivery or DTDC and the Purchaser must sign personally to receive their own goods. No one else may sign on their behalf.
